FLYING WITH THE BIRDS OF PREY

You may be lucky enough to share your flight with a few eagles, or to spot a bearded vulture !!!
These vultures, the largest birds of prey in Europe, have returned to the Bauges Natural Park in recent years.
To guarantee maximum tranquility around their nests, you are asked to refrain from flying over them at low altitudes and to remain on the marked trails in the area close to their nests.
For those who are familiar with the previous convention that applied, this area corresponds more or less to the former “ZPS”.
Here is an interactive map indicating the sensitive areas to pay attention to, depending on the nesting periods.
